Know your Art of Noise from your Elbow? Your Malcom McLaren from your Metallica? Your Beatles from your Stones? Your Durutti Column from your ZZ Top? Even if the answer’s “um, I’m not sure, mate,” it’s time to get quizzical down at Wrecking Ball Music & Books.
Every Thursday, the Wrecking Ball Music Quiz will test your music trivia knowledge in the surroundings of our fully accessible in-store cafe and bar. 50 questions will take you through the eras of musical history and allow you to flex your poptastic muscles.
An intensive knowledge of music is useful but not essential – the taking part and socialising is just as important. Gather your friends and make new ones, by forming a team of up to a maximum of four members.
Wrecking Ball Music & Books will be open late on Thursdays right through to the end of the quiz, with browsing and buying books, new and used vinyl and merchandise providing plenty of music-related retail therapy. The bar is open throughout for drinks and a selection of food.
